1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and beetvisa ("we", "us", "the Platform"). By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the beetvisa platform, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in their entirety.
• You agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on beetvisa, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules.
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register an account or use any part of the beetvisa platform. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players by email notification or by a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

Access to beetvisa is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the life of their account:

• You are at least 18 years of age. This is a strict minimum — there are no exceptions.
• You are a resident of Bangladesh or are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not listed on any self-exclusion register operated by beetvisa or any associated platform.
• You are not subject to any legal order, injunction, or regulatory direction that would prevent you from using online gambling services.
• You are not acting on behalf of, or for the financial benefit of, another person.

beetvisa takes its age verification obligations seriously. Proof of identity and age is required before any withdrawal is processed. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification confirming date of birth. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that an account is being operated by or on behalf of a person under the age of 18, we reserve the right to suspend the account immediately, withhold all funds pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant authorities.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of beetvisa products and services, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to keep this information up to date at all times.

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) account on beetvisa. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under aliases, using different email addresses, or via any other method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, beetvisa reserves the right to:

• Close all associated accounts without prior notice.
• Void any bets or casino rounds played across the duplicate accounts.
• Withhold and forfeit any bonus funds, winnings, or promotional rewards accrued on the duplicate accounts.
• Retain the original deposit amount across all accounts pending a full investigation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. beetvisa will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify us at support@beetvisa immediately so that we can suspend the account and investigate.

Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is a mandatory requirement on beetvisa before any withdrawal is processed. We may request additional documentation at any point during the life of your account to satisfy our internal compliance obligations. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on beetvisa are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). beetvisa supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players based in Bangladesh:

• bKash — instant deposit and withdrawal
• Nagad — instant deposit and withdrawal
• Rocket — deposit and withdrawal
• Upay — deposit and withdrawal
• Visa and Mastercard — deposit only (subject to issuing bank approval)

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for standard accounts, though higher amounts may be subject to enhanced KYC checks and additional processing time.

Deposits are credited to your beetvisa BDT balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 minutes for accounts that have completed KYC verification. Withdrawals to Rocket and Upay may take up to 2 hours. beetvisa does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your mobile wallet provider may apply their own standard transaction fees.

You may only withdraw funds to a payment method that belongs to you and is registered in the same name as your beetvisa account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. beetvisa reserves the right to reverse any withdrawal request where the destination account cannot be verified as belonging to the registered account holder.

5. Bonus and Promotions Policy

beetvisa offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. The specific terms applicable to each promotion — including the bonus amount, minimum qualifying deposit, wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry date — are published on the relevant promotion page and form part of these Terms.

General bonus terms applicable to all beetvisa promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are credited in BDT and are available only to registered players who have completed initial KYC verification.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement. The standard wagering requirement is stated on the individual promotion page. No bonus funds may be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been met.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity window specified for each promotion. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited upon expiry.
• Games contribute at different rates towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino and table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all — the applicable contribution rates are listed on the promotion page.
• beetvisa reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any bonus already credited to an account will be honoured under the terms that applied at the time of crediting, unless there is evidence of fraud or misuse.
• Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to placing low-risk, balanced, or hedging bets designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk — may have their bonuses voided and associated winnings forfeited.
• Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6. Gameplay and Betting Rules

beetvisa offers casino games, live dealer tables, crash games, and a sports betting sportsbook. All games are provided by certified third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming. Each game operates according to its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface.

For the purposes of sports betting, the following general rules apply:

• All bets are accepted subject to the availability of markets and the published odds at the time of placement. Odds may change between the time you view them and the time your bet is confirmed — you will be notified of any change before confirmation.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted at beetvisa's discretion and may be suspended at any time due to match events, data feed interruptions, or risk management decisions.
• Match results are determined by the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football, BPL Governing Council for domestic T20 matches). In the event of a dispute, the official result takes precedence over any broadcast or unofficial source.
• If a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled and not completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time, all bets on that event will be void and stakes returned.
• beetvisa reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a system error, pricing error, or data feed failure. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player's BDT balance.

For casino and crash games, the Random Number Generator (RNG) outcomes are determined exclusively by certified software. beetvisa does not modify, influence, or override game outcomes under any circumstances. In the event of a technical error or disconnection during a game round, the round outcome will be determined by the game server logs, which are the definitive record.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the beetvisa platform. Engaging in any of the conduct described below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or allowing another person to register an account on your behalf.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to place bets, log in, or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting any technical vulnerability, software bug, or pricing error on the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including coordinating bets to manipulate game or match outcomes.
• Using the Platform to launder money or process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or redistribute any content, odds data, or software from the beetvisa platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing beetvisa staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Using VPN services, proxy servers, or other tools to disguise your location or circumvent geographic restrictions.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

beetvisa reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Receipt of a third-party request or legal directive requiring account closure.
• Extended inactivity (defined as 12 consecutive months without a login or transaction).

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting our support team at support@beetvisa. Upon closure, any remaining verified BDT balance will be returned to the player via their last-used payment method within 5 business days, provided the account is in good standing and KYC verification is complete.

For self-exclusion requests, please refer to our Responsible Gaming page. Self-excluded accounts are closed immediately upon request, and no marketing communications will be sent to self-excluded players during the exclusion period.

beetvisa also reserves the right to terminate the Platform or any part of it, temporarily or permanently, at its sole discretion. In such an event, reasonable notice will be provided to registered players, and outstanding BDT balances will be returned in full.
